"Superb"

The breakfast was excellent a good choice The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.The room was a really good size and very comfortable The B&B was well situated in good walking distance from the seafront and about a ten minutes drive from Torquay Plenty of places to eat in walking distance

The only downside was that the restaurant was not available in the evening as advertised

"Excellent B & B, very friendly & welcoming"

I received a very friendly welcome on my arrival & this continued throughout my stay. I stayed in the single room which had a double bed & a sea view which is unusual for a single room & was good value for money. The breakfasts were great & very tasty with a good choice. I would definitely recommend this B & B, the proprietors are very friendly & make you feel welcome in their home.

"Loved it so much"

Great breakfast , warm welcome, the place is spotless , got back to our room the evening of our anniversary to a card and gift they really went above and beyond. Our room was the best we have ever stayed in. we could not leave before booking again for Christmas that is how good it was.

I loved the location, close to the centre, railway station and the sea. Nick and Ange were very welcoming and friendly. My room was lovely, very comfortable and it was great to have a small fridge in the room. I had everything I needed.

The owners were very good nothing to much bother the room had a lovely big bathroom x breakfast very good choice not far from beach shops ideal will return x
