"Very friendly and welcoming environment."

The accommodation is right opposite the Plymouth hoe

Some people above me was a little loud at around 3am I could hear them out their windowtalkingquite loud (think they had came back after a night out) I am a very light sleeper tho..so others may sleep through it.

Location, ground floor room (2) Nigel was quite informative. we had free parking outside (Blue Badge) or £5 permit from Nigel , otherwise £16-50 for 24 hours plenty of tea & coffee, biscuits and porridge all free , and replenished . Great Pub next door ( Gypsy Moth ) Clare is a great friendly Hostess , and Lee's food is amazing

"Great location lovely staff"

Clean, great location. Nigel really helped with parking. No breakfast but pots of porridge were just what we needed.

Location was the only good thing

No parking although this was offered. Abrupt/rude welcome from staff. Dirty room and bathroom
