Early check-in was a bonus. Nigel was helpful. Parking if your lucky is available adjacent the guest house. Nigel has Parking cards at a reduced rate. Straight onto the Hoe and doggy walking. Pub next door.

Could be cleaner.

Communication was fantastic from the moment I booked. The Guest house was centrally located for what I required and was amazingly quieter than I'd anticipated. The Hoe is beautiful and the Barbican was close by so we popped down for a look. The Guest house is warm, clan and inviting in a homely way, the room was as expected and the bed very comfortable. The whole place was clean and tidy warm and welcoming.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Gastgeber mit Leib und Seele. Er nimmt sich Zeit, um geduldig auf Fragen zu antworten und Informationen über Land und Leute zu geben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch gut, denn es gibt Natur, die Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

My daughter was in university so dropped her off Nigel was extremely helpful.

The property was small and charming. The host, Nigel, was super helpful. For the value it’s brilliant, welcoming and perfectly located, and I would definitely stay there again.

Don’t expect a big modern hotel, it’s a guest house and we had shared bathrooms, but we knew that.

Nigel was very accommodating, which we really appreciated. He kindly helped us organise parking and made sure we had everything we needed in our room. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary oats, tea, and coffee for breakfast, such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay!
