In a busy area with lots of things around

Really dated hotel. Extremely dirty, bugs in the room, smell from the toilet was horrible. Cracks in our door.

The room was spacious and clean. We had the buggy service which would take us up to the room at any time required, even late at night. Perfect location , less than 5-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach. This is our second trip to Ao Nang and we chose Tipa both times. Will surely book this resort again if we come in the future.

The bed was less comfortable.
