All was excellent.

Breakfast quality and variation can be improved. We had same breakfast menu for all 6 days of our stay.

Location it’s the best thing about this place, views are good, rooms are clean but small for my taste, but overall way to good for the prices, you can just walk and go anywhere with no problem.

If you stay in a room with rooms, you’ll almost forced to use the buggies service, unless you wanna take that walk to you room, the issue comes when you go out for the nightlife and come back very late, you can still get the buggy service because it’s 24 hours, but at late night, it feels uncomfortable ask for it, staff it’s sleeping at the desk, and feels like they get mad people wake them up because it’s late night, but it’s supposed to be part of the Job and expect people doing that all the time since it’s a very touristic zone.

Very ideal location with lots of food options, an amazing spa Sankara and the beach (can catch boats from there) all within walking distance.

Horrible experience. Our honeymoon was completely ruined by a severe bedbug infestation at this hotel! We woke up covered in painful, fluid-filled blisters all over our bodies. We even found live bedbugs and fresh blood stains on the bedsheets before checking out. On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable – it was dirty and neglected. The hotel staff was also extremely slow and unhelpful when we needed assistance. Now we have to face the immense stress and unexpected costs of decontaminating and washing all of our luggage and clothes. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your health and safety.

The location is great and the rooms are really spacious. The hotel surroundings are beautiful also.

The towers didn’t smell clean and the facilities need an upgrade. The bathroom showers were fairly poor and the internet didn’t work at all

Je ne sais même pas par où commencer tellement notre expérience a été catastrophique. L’hygiène de cet établissement est inadmissible : salle de bain avec une forte odeur, toilettes sales, joints jaunis, sol noir de saleté, literie douteuse, banquette rouillée, cassée et sale. Notre bébé ne pouvait même pas ramper dans la chambre sans avoir les mains et les pieds complètement noirs. Le pire reste cependant la gestion de notre réservation. Nous avions payé pour 4 personnes et, avant notre arrivée, l’hôtel avait accepté par message nos demandes de lit d’appoint pour notre fille ainsi que de lit bébé. Une fois sur place, ils ont refusé d’honorer leur engagement. Notre fille de 4 ans n’avait aucun lit pour dormir alors qu’elle était bien incluse dans la réservation et facturée comme telle. Une banquette était pourtant présente dans la chambre, mais l’hôtel a catégoriquement refusé de fournir les draps nécessaires pour lui permettre d’y dormir. Aucun effort, aucune solution, aucune considération pour le bien-être d’un enfant. Entre le manque d’hygiène, les infrastructures dégradées, les engagements non respectés et l’absence totale de service client, ce séjour a été de loin l’une des pires expériences hôtelières que nous ayons connues. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.
