Ontzettend luidruchtig snachts ! Bijna niet geslapen. Gelijk na de boeking is ons een rustigere kamer aangeboden, maar zat al vol . Dus zij weten hiervan !

"Perfect location, rooms and staff!"

I booked a room in the Court Hotel because of my PhD defense at the University hall at the Dom square. I selected this hotel based on cost and location, however the experience exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, no distraction by noise and the staff was very hospital and nice. Together the staff and hotel managed to add to this already special and beautiful day in my life. I would definitely want to visit this hotel once more and would recommend this to everyone who is looking for an hotel in the city center of Utrecht.

"Great boutique hotel, but early-morning WhatsApp message was intrusive"

Great boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere and perfect location. Great value for your money. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel clearly makes an effort to be environmentally friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I do need to mention one downside. After our stay, we received a WhatsApp message from a chatbot at 4:18 in the morning confirming our check-out and then requesting a review, around 17 hours after we had already checked out. While I understand the intention, receiving an automated message at such an early hour felt intrusive and unnecessary. Overall a very nice hotel, but I would suggest adjusting the timing of automated WhatsApp messages to avoid disturbing guests.

Sehr gute Lage

Schlecht isolierte Fenster. Alles was auf der Straße ab 7.00 Uhr passierte war direkt neben uns. Das Personal war zum grössten Teil nicht an Gäste interessiert. Der Service war einem Hotel nicht würdig.

"I expected a bit better"

Location is great and room is spacious. The bed was comfortable.

It wasn’t very clean and a bit noisy from the hallway and noise leakage via window from outside.
