Nice hotel good location

Had a few meetings in town, so decided t stay here. Rooms are perfect overall and lobby well done. Only issue was the parking lot lighting was shining into room, but made do. Front desk were great. Nice experience.

super average hotel. i thought everything was decent. the manager wasnt too nice. the pool was cute. breakfast and cookie time was great.

Karge quiet hotel. Clean mirden facilities. One of the nicest hotels on the Cape. We'll be back here again.

Great spacious room. Good to have a fridge. Breakfast nice with different options. Pools nice but outdoor pool could do with regular skimming/cleaning. Cookies and s'mores nice touch. Good location.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only two negatives are Hampton has changed pillows and these "new to us" pillows were awful (not at all the hotel's fault), and this is on an insanely busy road that makes it difficult to turn left toward downtown Hyannis and the harbor. Alyssa is one of the managers and she was an absolutely to joy to interact with as were all of the employees we spoke with. Housekeeping was excellent (shoutout to Thomas!), and the rooms and common areas were all very clean and neat. Breakfast was typical Hampton; good and always well stocked. It's very centrally located for travel to all areas of the Cape and we would definitely stay here again. They have beer on tap in the lobby that you pay for using some type of card (we didn't use that), an outside bar and firepit (with Smore's) on some nights. This hotel franchisee has owned the property for several years and is obviously committed to maintaining it properly. We thought the bed itself was fine, but Alyssa told us that the rooms were being remodeled completely beginning in November of 2025.

We stayed one Saturday night on a busy summer weekend. Unfortunately there were more cons than pros for us. Pros: It was in a safe area, close to Hyannis, there was free parking, it was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is free breakfast. The grounds are attractive and well kept. Cons: I think the overall problem was that they were clearly understaffed for a busy summer weekend. There was one girl working the evening we were there and at one point there was about 15 people in the lobby all needing something. She did the best she could, poor thing. The hotel was packed, and she was trying to check everyone in, sell items in the snack bar, refill coffee, keep quarters stocked, etc. They needed more staff to keep their amenities usable for guests. We had purposely chosen Hampton above other hotels because they had an arcade for the kids and laundry facilities which we needed desperately at this point in our road trip. Unfortunately, the change machine in the arcade was broken (sorry, no laundry or video games). The poor girl at the counter tried to find quarters but was unsurprisingly cleaned out. In a small town like this it was pretty darn impossible to hunt down $10 in quarters somewhere else. This was a big inconvenience for us. For the price we paid- $437 for one night- I would like to see enough staff to make sure that the amenities are in good working order, that we can use them, and that things like coffee and quarters are kept stocked.
