"All is great until Hampton decided to rent out a venue for private music party . Sunday until 10pm!"

The stay was great until August 10th when the management booked a private loud music venue that the bass from the music literally shook our room. I called front desk who informed me that this was booked until 10pm! It’s Sunday night …. Who in their right mind would book this knowing there are many guests who are staying the night . At 350 bucks a night I expect at least a quiet room. So if your booking a room here make sure you ask them in advance if they plan have a private music party . Terrible

The wall had food on it. There was dirt and popcorn in the sofa bed. There was hair attached to something sticky on the frame of the sofa bed. There was trash overflowing in the hallway trash cans and dirty towels on the floor in the hall. The hot breakfast items were cold.

The staff made this trip! Upon check in we were greeted and treated amazing! At breakfast a staff went above and beyond to give the kids toys and coloring tools! Hands down best experience EVER!!!!
