"Overall nice stay, clean facility and room."

The facility and rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. It was very quiet. I had concerns because our room was near the elevators.

In our room, rm 314, The box springs underneath the mattresses on both beds need to be changed. They made noise every time we moved. They are old.

There was no top sheet on one of the beds. The toilet seat was very loose. Tub shower drained very poorly. Not what we expected from a Hampton Inn. Could have paid a lot less for those conditions. Told the front desk but they didn't seem to care.
