Ramada by Wyndham Milton Keynes

I found the Ramada Hotel staff very Polite, Helpful and Professional and did everything possible to assist in my questions and Issues with regards to the booking, parking and room queries I had. I thought the Restaurant area was Clean, Tidy and the staff were Helpful, Friendly and Polite and the food was Hot, Well Cooked and Readily available. The room itself was exactly as I requested and issues I had with my automated card were dealt with in a more than satisfactory manner.

I could find nothing that I would suggest needed improving other than maybe informing new guests about how the room facilities work in conjunction with the automated card.

Easy access to hotel

Not being able to check in 1 hour before our time...noisey banging about neighbours....when got to car I was blocked in but no help from reception to trace owner even tho we paid to park and registered car....no directions where restaurant was or any lifts...shower gard to regulate...phone didn't work

Room far too hot. Fan provided did absolutely nothing other than blow hot air around. Fan not operating when we accessed the room. Why not if the staff knew it was booked?! Shower tray looked dirty. Strange set up in restaurant having to order by phone. No one approached us to greet us or explained the ordering process. Food microwaved and looked nothing like the menu pictures. Breakfast again a shambles. No one approached and explained we first had to pay at reception. Handed a single plate by the one staff member who was doing everything. Food only warm, not hot, and extortionate at £12 per head! When we arrived, someone sitting outside (obviously because it was cooler outside the hotel rather than in it) made a comment which proved to be true. Would define not recommend staying or eating here unless things improve dramatically.

The staff member from Mauritius who worked at the reception during the nights was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He was always attentive, professional, and ready to assist us with anything we needed at any time. His kindness, warm attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference to our experience. No matter what we required, he responded immediately and handled everything efficiently and with a smile. He made us feel very welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. Outstanding customer service and a genuinely wonderful person.
