Staff were fantastic but some disorganised. I honestly expected worse but not all bad.

Rooms need some refurbishment. Bedding was clean but bathroom etc not great. Staff didn't know how to work tills etc maybe because they were new but if so shouldn't be left alone. Breakfast was tasteless. Dine id your desperate for a bed.

The wellcome and stay was a great experience

Everything was spoiled by the shower floor , please can you attend to this urgently (particuarly in room 051) Please just install clear directions from the Services, we spent a lot of time just trying to locate the entry even though the Hotel was visible.
