Great location, perfect for the city centre and Download shuttle bus. We stayed in a triple room which didn't feel cramped and room was comfy and clean. On site parking was very handy too. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have any.

Trying to get any information before our stay was difficult. Staff were not really all that helpful at all in that regard.
