"Very Good"

Friendly staff, good bed, choice of pillows. Window could be partly opened (8. floor!).

There is not much "superior" about the superior room. Just small water bottles, a cookie and a voucher for a coffee at the bar. Noise from much traveled roads outside. Half an hour walk from railway station.

"Great stay"

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very helpful. We had breakfast there which was outstanding with lots of different choices and what I found a lovely touch was the drinks dispenser on a table as we walked in that you could take when you pleased without a cost and cute bags of sweets for the children. The smell in the foyer as we walked in was amazing. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

We didn't find anything that we didn't like.

How close to the shops and restaurants

Dusty, extremely noisy with screaming kids, drunk people swearing and slamming doors, even though I requested to have a room at the end of the building so not near doors, lifts etc and the hair dryer didn’t work

"Disappointing"

Great location. Staff were great and the breakfast excellent.

I’ve stayed here many times. On this occasion I was very disappointed with the room. Very basic and picking up the previous occupants hairs from the bathroom floor was not what I expected when I arrived. It felt grubby and I didn’t sleep well on either night of our stay.
