Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Location was good with easy parking.

Room decor was dated for the price per night, particularly the bathroom with over bath shower and curtain (however, Download inflation was in place this weekend I’m sure!). No plug sockets next to bedside tables to charge phone etc.

Location was good. Staff were nice

It was unclean and the the hotel room was by far the worst I've ever experienced for a 4 star. I'm not sure how it achieved that. Bed was small. No direct entry into carpark Super expensive to stop for one night Pictures on booking.com look nothing like the actual real life thing Would not reccomend
