"Disappointing. Go Premier Inn"

Good location, stayed here a few times but won’t be again- booked a room type they didn’t have available but they didn’t really offer anything to rectify it. Got put up in a basic room with extremely noisy neighbours, went to reception on 2 occasions to ask to be moved and no staff in sight!

"Great hotel, lovely staff, could do with a little refresh"

Hotel was in a really good location and easy to find. The rooms were clean and well kept, with people in our party mentioning how comfy the beds were. We were part of a wedding party in the area and just wanted somewhere to collapse in the lead up to and after, and this did the job for that. The staff that we spoke to were also fantastic and really helpful.

We would say the rooms were a bit dated and although comfy, the beds were quite small - we didn’t think it was the size of a standard double. There was also barely any parking below the hotel and we had to use a multi storey around the corner which a lovely staff member let us know about. I wouldn’t say this was a huge problem ordinarily, but due to the wedding we had a lot of stuff to bring back and to the hotel so had to do a few trips for this which was a bit of a pain.
