Cove Bay Hotel

Cosy and spacious sea view room with decent furnishings, nice modern bathroom with decent shower.

Hot water takes a little while to come through due to older system of building.

Hotel heeft pub en restaurant in 1 gebouw, kijkt mooi uit over zee, ge-moderniseerde badkamer. Ontbijt was redelijk.

2 persoons bed was te smal en tekort, je moet met je koffers veel smalle trapopgangen op tillen om je kamer te bereiken. Kraan in de wasbak van de badkamer geeft weinig krachtige waterstraal en wordt slecht warm.

Great property, clean. Food and service were outstanding. All staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I loved the room as it was a room with a sea view, so it was just nice to sit at the window window and look out of it, the washroom was lovely and clean, all of the room was clean though and the hotel and all of the areas. I loved how there was direct bus to aberdeen city centre just in the bay area 5 minute walk from the hotel... the staff were super polite and very attentive and did a very good job at staying on top of room service. Breakfast was lovely. Dinner was lovely. The staff are very clear that they do go home at a certain time so leave us with a key to leave the premises if needs be.

No Bath. The drawers are too big next to the bed so they are just there as you turn over so unfortunately can bang your head on the drawers.

Good location with own parking lot if you want to avoid staying in towns with a rented car as we did (traffic, parking, etc.). They have a lovely in-house restaurant with good choice of meals. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was great with variety of fruits, cereals and cooked food.

Bed was short and narrow (140X190) for two persons bedroom and bedroom size is rather small. Also you can hear everything from the hallway and room next door.

There wasn’t a lounge for residents to sit and have a drink, you had to go into the main bar

Sehr schöne Lage und ganz nahe ist der Küstenpfad mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig.
