Breakfast was okay

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I accidentally left a dress and a bikini in the pool area, and they were never returned. What makes this especially concerning is that the hotel had very few guests at the time, so it’s hard to understand how these items simply disappeared without any accountability. Additionally, the hotel itself feels very old and outdated, which does not match the expectations set by its pricing or presentation. Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and uneasy. I would not stay here again.

Me encanta la ubicación que tiene y el acceso a la playa y la atención del personal. Los desayunos son excelentes gran variedad de todo.

Las almohadas necesitan renovar Aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando Closet sin divisiones

El desayuno excelente, las comidas y el bar muy bueno, cómodo pero hay detallistos que arreglar en la parte estructural. .

Falta un poco de información y comunicación en el sector de resivimiento y amabilidad. También personal que informe algunas dudas que tenga uno, tanto del hotel como de las actividades que se puedan hacer.
