"Pleasant apartment and central location"

The location was ideal for our visit to the universities and was very close to the shopping area. The docks were a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was clean. There was plenty of kitchenware, and it had the essential cleaning products provided for the weekend. The bedding and towels were clean and white. There was a dining table with 6 chairs and sofa bed that would sit a cosy 4 and a comfortable 3.

One of the bathrooms was locked and unusable. This meant we were sharing the en-suit - this was okay-ish as there were only 3 of us staying, but if there had been 6, it would have been a nightmare. The staff were supportive, but couldn't resolve the problem, so we got a discount refund. This didn't disturb us too much, but as a warning, it is a central location - Friday night seemed to be party night, but Saturday night was quieter.

"Excellent"

The apartment was clean, great location for a five minute walk to the centre. Facilities of the apartment were very good ,everything you might need for a short city break and the on site parking was perfect. Staff were very helpful.

Any other time it probably wouldn't have mattered but as we stayed during a heat wave, there was no Air conditioning but a pathetic fan and only 2 windows opened about 2 inches. Apart from this, which isn't actually their fault , there was nothing bad to say.

"Great value for money and location. I would definitely book again."

Great location, apartments and friendly and helpful staff.

Parking was fairly expensive, and it would have been nice to have had a gym.

Good location! I’m happy that my apartment is upgraded . It’s spacious and comfortable.

No daily cleaning. The room rate is a bit higher.

Great location. Very polite, helpful staff. Very clean apartments only downside was bed was a little too firm for our taste.
