Newer location, breakfast was good, bed was hard as cinder blocks. Work out room was closed for maintenance. Easy online early check in.

The room was larger than anticipated - very comfortable!

My husband said that though all guests with pets are not allowed to take their pets into the breakfast area (we had our dog at the desk while checking in and were “reminded” of this rule when he tried to wander over there) there was a woman sitting in the breakfast area with her large dog.

Breakfast was pretty good.

Shower was luke warm and asked them if they could do anything about changing rooms and they said no. No conditioner in shower. Pillow smelled used . Cabinet door to fridge was broke. Water fountains didn't work on 2nd floor. Staff had horrible customer service. I never complain about things like this but it was that bad of a stay. I won't recommend to anyone and I will tell them to go elsewhere. It would be different if they compensated me in any type of way.

new beautiful room but it was not clean. I travel a lot. the sheets had been changed and trash emptied but food was on counters and major black hair all in the sheets.
