It was clean and very nice

It was very noisy with doors slamming and the people above us.

Location

Dirty. Pet stains all over furniture. Smells just walking down the hallway. Dog poop all over the grass so not able to even walk your own dog

Excellent staff was friendly and inviting

Gym closed Pool not warm Soap portions too small! Shampoo bottles too small!

Location, ease of online reservation, payment and check-in process. Nice rooms with a refrigerator. Good coffee.

Stairway carpets were filthy. Breakfast was not eatable. Eggs were watery and a little cold. Potatoes were tasteless and mushy. Water for tea was only lukewarm warm, not hot enough to make tea at all. Front desk person was unfriendly and distracted on her phone. Food person was busy, seemed like she needed a little help getting everything set up in time. Didn’t greet anyone but quickly told me my leashed dog couldn’t be in the dining room and walked away. She didn’t say anything else to me not even where we could go with the dog to eat.

Great place to stay. Plenty of places to eat dinner in the area. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was continental and was very good, The entire place was clean.

We arrived at 11pm which meant the front door was locked and it had a sign on it that please excuse the mess from renovation. The desk clerk was courteous and quick. The lobby had a bit of a musty smell. We were placed on the first floor and the hallway paper was peeling, most of the trim work was a mess and needed painted, walls were dirty as well. The room appeared to have been updated and pretty clean but the attention to detail of finish work was completely missed. Appearance and cleanliness are everything when it comes to a comfortable overnight stay. Do better management! Won’t be back.
