Considerato il prezzo poco. Per 1000 euro a notte il servizio dovrebbe essere migliore, la sala per la colazione refrigerata ecc

Struttura scollegata , ti senti abbandonato a te stesso come e non in un albergo 5 stelle. Personale troppo giovane e non coordinato. Nessuno dello staff ci ha fatto visitare la struttura nel suo complesso ne tantomeno la spa .

Awful experience!!! Racist staff that basically have their hands out begging for tip and lashes out on you if you don’t give it. Door people are rude, unhelpful, with outdated facilities. Facilities (the gym is actually the worst I’ve ever been in for a 5-star property) are okay at best. Restaurant - how can you mess up their menu of chicken tenders and fries? Not hard but somehow possible. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Caution to all.

Excellent hotel. Staff is great. Frederic the concierge is more than excellent. I wil give 5 stars. Breakfast included Shuttle to st tropez is excellent. Highly recommend the hotel

"DO NOT STAY HERE - THEFT IS RAMPANT (INSIDE JOB)"

Beware - theft is rampant at the Kube Hotel and the hotel staff is in on it. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Our room was ransacked and robbed. Someone used a key to enter the room while we were at dinner our last night. Safe ripped out of the wall and smashed open. They stole handbags, jewelry, clothes, sunglasses and more. Hotel claims that there are no cameras where our room is. They did not care at all about what happened to us. The room next to us was also robbed. All of our doors and valuables were locked. This place is a disgrace and should not have a hospitality license. We are taking legal action against the hotel and will make sure every travel advisory review service is aware of what they stand for. Shame on us for not reading reviews first…turns out if you look back over the last decade this happens at the Kube ALL THE TIME. Hopefully this saves someone from going through what we went through. It’s just sad.
