The front desk people were nice!

Everything about this hotel was terrible! The pool was not open, the first room we went into the toilet did not work and the lights did not work. My daughter went to look out the window and her foot feel through a HOLE! The floor was literally rotting out and falling through. We get moved to a second room where there was open electrical wire on the ground ( we have little kids) and the ac did not work. The 3rd room we was put into had roaches and the ac didn’t work well.
