Well the first day I get down I know it's Michael work is broke not working let the best attendant know never came back and said anything about it The bathroom door lock with hanging off was not tight The toilet was running when I walked in the room I went to get ice out the ice machine the ice with dirty they say they had breakfast but there was no breakfast

Just the location.

The fact I reserved a certain type of room due to disability and it was given away the day before. They didn’t say anything, just gave us the most basic room they had and we had to go to them about the mix up. They did offer a discount, but that doesn’t make up for the fact we didn’t even have a shower curtain in the bathroom. We never got the requested room and were stuck with what we got. There wasn’t breakfast as advertised both mornings we were there and the pool was covered and gross.
