The manager and staff were amazing and so welcoming, Karen and Kyle especially😊 the facilities are nice and clean. Amazing nature views (when the weather’s good). Would definitely go again.

The prices for things like the spa are super expensive.

We (hubby & I) were looking forward to a week at O'Reilly's Villas to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. The pictures on their website looked inviting and seclusion, well don't be fooled there are 48 villas with others being able to see into your bedroom/verandah. We soon got over that issue, however the number of issues wrong with villa 48 didn't stop at one. A/C in bedroom was stuck on and couldn't be turned off, window in bedroom couldn't be closed, toilet was like a primary school toilet so close to the tiles (not good when you have bad knees). Kitchen facilities were nice, however the pots/pans needed adjusting (maintenance again to be called). The BBQ on the patio didn't have a button to turn it on, had a pair of pliers which didn't work, another call to maintenance. When you are paying top rate you expect everything to be luxury, just how it is advertised, don't be fooled, the lounge in Villa 48 was a modular lounge but had no way of clicking together, so everytime you sat down, the chairs all moved apart. The dining room chairs were very uncomfortable. Almost forgot the knives (sharp ones & steak knives) are so blunt, very hard to to cut our expensive steak we purchased from the inhouse menu. We were up there in May, but the floor of the bathroom was soooooo cold, put a towel down(fixed the issue) The positives, were the cheeky crimson rosellas, which we assume others had allowed to enter the villa, as they swooped in and tried to take food off the table, and also on the dining room table. We used the inhouse laundry facilties which were clean. We did get great food from the restaurant (eat in menu) O'Reillys wine "Shane" was a good choice. The wildlife, the fresh air were great, won't b hurrying back unless there are major changes. Note, before posting this I had completed an online survey once we checked out and did ask for a call back to discuss issues, but 2 weeks following checkout no one has contacted us.

It’s a beautiful location in the mountains, all the rooms have views and there’s lots of activities to choose from. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Loved the Birds of Prey show and the GLO Worms tour. The welcome afternoon tea and Manager’s welcome is a lovely touch.

The food on offer is very overpriced. The drive up there is challenging particularly in the rain.

Amazing view and experiences. We booked a night tour, one of our highlights of our entire Australia trip. The animal encounter was amazing, meeting some sugar gliders! Great hiking place.

Food prices are a bit higher but to expected up in the mountains.

Absolutely loved our return trip to O Reillys where we spent 3 nights in one of the valley villas. Incredibly well equipped with a full kitchen, magnificently comfortable bed, even a washing machine and dryer which makes everything so easy. So cozy enjoying the fireplace and the spa bath on the balcony where beautiful birds visited. We loved our meals at the lodge restaurant where we had a combination of the buffet and an incredible duck platter. It’s such a magical place here, weather was cool and perfect for cozy evenings by the fire and some beautiful walks during the day. Already planning our return!
