"I would’ve like to of seen the difference between a refurbish and non refurbished property.. non refurbished felt extrem"

The location

Understandably we choose a non refurbished room, however it was extremely out dated, the floors were sticky, there was a horrible smell to the apartment, old and musty, the furniture felt damp and unclean. Didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the balcony, as floors were mouldy and needed cleaning. The aircon had a terrible smell coming from it.

"Location and views"

Great location close to the main street, restaurants, shops. Large light filled apartment on higher floors had a great view out over Airlie Beach and Pioneer Bay with islands in the distance. Nice pools and surrounding pool areas.

Cleanliness, it was only just passable but could be a fail in many peoples eyes, simple attention to detail could improve. Overall the unit and parts of the resort are a little tired and would benefit from a spruce up but it’s priced accordingly.

"Had to essentially clean the apartment ourselves"

Very spacious and great location!

Unfortunately there was a bit of a smell in apartment and we were also required to take out the bins which we felt wasn’t fair for the price we paid as we stayed for one night

"Close to the centre of town, clean spacious and comfy."

Pleasant hotel, very clean. Aircon vents clean! comfy beds and cosy rooms. Loved the furniture and decor would book again

Only let down was the spa was out of order.

The location is great. 2 minutes walk to Woolworths and 5 minutes walk to the main street. The room is spacious and clean. The ocean view is fantastic.
