Comfort Inn & Suites Daphne Spanish Fort - Mobile East

As soon as we walked in, we could smell mold. Base boards where torn off the walls, they were clearly working on damage they had gotten from a storm or something. Our room also had a strong moldly smell, so we opted to not stay there and find another hotel. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was simply told there wasn't one there, that I could call later. Do not stay at this hotel! Customer service was horrible, hotel was not clean!

The breakfast was mostly cold offerings but there was a good waffle station. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It's easy to find a d had some good restaurants nearby. Worth the price.

There was remodeling going on at the time. Sometimes the paint smell was a little overwhelming.

Hot tub was broken

Had a musty smell… don’t have any body wash, It had shampoo, conditioner and lotion but no body wash and I forgot mine. So had to shower with the little decorative soap.

The main issue is that we had reserved an accessible room, but upon arrival, were advised they did not have any available. I need the accessible bathroom, but had to just make do.
