"Warm hotel"

Rude staff Who dont answer bell They also said its quite when it isnt Very busy road traffic The room was like a oven They should maybe provide fans? No staff around They took over 5 minutes to answer bell when i checked in Outside on street was full of rubbish

No breakfast being served or offered, beds were comfy but pillows large, I prefer feathers to poly filled, personal choice. Main road into Cardiff so busy at times. Food availability close by.

Pillows to big for me.
