The Briarcroft

absolutely spotless and comfortable

breakfast, just pre made food in fridge, not value for money

Well appointed good location

Our room was above the laundry room so we could hear the washers operating from 08.00hrs. As stated the bathroom is in need of upgrading, no extractor fan dated. But they are aware and it will be done in 2025. No bedside sockets (usb). Only 1 3 pin socket on one side of the bed. Bedroom curtains far too long we had to tuck them up onto the windowledge to avoid tripping over them during the night.

We had a lovely stay at the Briarcroft. It offered all we needed and more, and exceeded my expectations. The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and I felt very at home. The room we has was very specious and facilities well thought out. I must add the bed was also super comfy!

Great place and comfortable bed! We had an excellent bedroom and were impressed by the facilities. The kitchenette on our floor was very helpful and breakfast was a treat. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very helpful remote staff, the facilities were great and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The room is amazingly good and the facilities around everyday for cleaning are good.Kids had fun reading jokes and playing board games kept in the lounge.

On the entrance it would be good to have light on the hotel name board to identify the location since the map was stopped quite before actual location.
