It was clean, tidy, light, bright and airy The lounge was comfortable - the guest kitchen was well equipped too

common areas well kept. bed very comfortable. main bedroom was tidy and clean. central location. probably the best hotel option in Goole. extremely helpful staff. I would recommend to others. a real sense that you are a treasured guest and staff keen to make your stay as good as possible. would happily stay again.

Great little hotel, was pleasantly surprised

The hotel was beautiful, modern and comfortable. Immaculate as soon as I entered the front entrance and was clear that the property is well looked after. My room was beautiful with ample space, and again Immaculate. Breakfast was in the fridge and looked very appetising, however I did not feel like eating at the time that I had to leave. Would highly recommend, and would definitely return when I am due to be in the area again.

The room itself was excellent. Would have given them top marks but we could not get the TV working at all and it took us a while to figure out the oven - there were no instruction books and, we are getting on a bit! Bed was really comfy and Goole was a nice place to visit.

Some staff on site would have been good. We had a fair bit of stuff to load up and it felt like the hotel was being 'cased' as the entry door, which is keypad operated took an eternity to close and there were some odd people hanging around outside the entrance observing what was going on.......
