Friendly owner and good breakfast

You don't get enough milk and teabags in your room

Breakfast was lovely and with an exceptional selection of different foodstuffs, it was help yourself, but no less for this, and replenished by staff the moment that any supplies to tge guests was getting low. Fantastic. The location was superb, beach, theatre, and entertainment all within 10 minutes walk.

The room was cramped, there was a very smell cupboard en suite that had a sink in which it was difficult to wash, and a loo that was awkward tovstand up in front of, it was lucky that the shower door was open otherwise one might be trapped onbtge loo forever! The shower was, however, marvellous.

The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for reaching local attractions. Breakfast is great and has a variety of choices.

The bedding was very thin and duvet too small for two people. Thankfully there were blankets to allow for some extra coverage. The walls are very thin and unfortunately one of the people living in the flats next door clearly has some issues as they were screaming and shouting from about 3am to 7am on our last night (stayed for 2). I appreciate this is not something the staff can do much about, but people who want to stay here should be fully informed.
