Great breakfast ,freshly cooked and pleasant staff .

Just a small issue with noise from upstairs bedroom and traffic on road but it is an old building!

Quite & private garden

Nice location. Good selection of food and drinks. Quietness of the place.

Unfortunately the people who stayed above were very noisy from 6 in the morning non stop till I went for breakfast at 9. But that’s not the pubs fault.

The staff were great . The food was excellent as was the service . Breakfast superb also .

Our room was meant to be superior . Lock hanging out the French doors so not able to lock, flaking paint on ceilings in room and shower room, light over right hand of bed broken and covered with tape. Usb on the left hand side as you face the bed did I not work (obviously never checked) no fridge at all and room very tired and not worth it’s superior status . Room not value for money . Oh and upper bolt on doors actually missing so insecure and wind coming through gabs own door.

The bathroom needs a deep clean, as what looks like mottled tiles is actually grime and why ooh why do B & B's choose hard / firm mattresses.

Breakfast was included en realy decent. Decent sized rooms.

Not that quiet as not that far from motorway and on a fairly busy road. That is why we upgraded our room on the streetside to a more quiet room (60 pounds extra for 3 nights). Bathroom in that room was not up to date, window did not close completely. When we talked about that with the girl from the staff, she apologised and promised to refund the 60 pounds. 1 message,1 phone call and several months later still no refund. Won't visit again.

Spacious room with nice private outdoor area, very peaceful & relaxing .
