Soo good, great location, sweet cozy living arrangement, would most def stay there again and recommend it to others

Great location right on the main strip. Our condo came stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels and snorkel gear!

Location is central to beaches, shopping and local eateries. Pool closes promptly at 9 pm which is very disappointing given the A/C in our unit was in dire straits of needing to be replaced. The unit we were in 401D was dark, dreary, and had a lumpy mattress, frayed and (yikes) stained towels, filthy furniture, dead flies on the window sills and overall in need of renovating. The unobstructed view of the beach on the balcony was this unit's only redeeming quality. Visited friends and family also staying in the complex and their units were much more modern, bright and clean. Would be nice to get pictures of the unit assigned to you prior to arrival so you have a chance to view before committing.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would do it. My wife and I were planning to come here for our babymoon. The nightmare comes in the day before our flight to Hawaii. My wife and I found out that we lost the baby and sadly couldn't go to our babymoon because my wife needed the operation done right away. Our doctor gave us a doctors note to give. Day one, called Travelocity so they can get the hotel manager to cancel our reservation. The manager says to send the doctors note and said they'll review it and give us a response in 24-48 hours. Two days later without any response, called Travelocity to call them again, same exact response. We received the same response 2 more times. Finally the day before our supposed check-out date we received an email saying due to their policy they cannot give any refund. I called in a last-ditch effort. The person I spoke to was kind, patient and understanding. The sad part is from my view, she did not have any knowledge of what happened to my wife. They spent a week not giving us a response nor even trying to contact our doctor. Just ignored us until they could say the policy won't allow it which is once hey've charged your account, you have 24 hours to cancel it. If not, tough luck. So if your young, able, don't mind the AC problem and not knowing if the room would be good (from other reviews) this place is ok. But if your human, get sick, have kids, grandparents or worst expecting please, by all means, avoid this place.

Excellent location - within a very short walk to multiple beaches and great restaurants. Condo was very nice and stocked with everything we needed for a week stay. I highly recommend this property.

The property was located steps away from the beach. Beautiful gardens. Property provided snorkel gear, paddle boards, lawn chairs, and umbrella!

They had very old ac where we have they have dripping pans under window ac. We need to continuously check and empty those pans. Failure to do so will fine the tenants for 100$. Really bad

We would not come back, mainly because of the bedroom. Throughout our whole trip we did not sleep in the bedroom. We stayed on the pullout sofa bed. Simply put, the bedroom felt like a sauna. There was absolutely no air running through the bedroom or the bathroom. Windows were so high to reach, had to call housekeeping to come and open it. It helped sliiightly. However it was still too hot. Plus, the bedroom was right in front of the elevator so we could hear EVERYTHING. How annoying. The fan in the room didn’t do much either. Why would we pay for the bedroom and not sleep in it? We’d like our money back. The AC was near the balcony and really only helped cool down a small perimeter around it. The drip pan was doable, we had to change it maybe twice a day. The water from the AC filled it up fast. Towels were kind of old and dirty as well. We kept getting new bites- not sure if there’s bed bugs. Everything else was okay. Location was great, kitchen was nice. In unit laundry was a plus. The pool was alright. You can’t have too much fun because of all the strict rules there.
