The owner has literally thought of everything, this Condo has ALL the comforts of home and more! For your enjoyment the owner has Equipped the condo with boogie boards, snorkel equipment, ALL the beach accessories one could possibly need. The property is fabulously manicured, and the accessibility to braces, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking, shopping, and nightlife is perfect.

Very well maintained property. Fully equipped kitchen and utensils. In-unit washer and dryer is really convenience to do laundry when we get home from the beach. Few minutes walk to Kamaole Beach II. About 5 minutes driving to nearby supermarket. Great location to access all area on the island. Restaurants and shopping plaza within walking distance.

Condo is good but some amenities are way too old (rusty coffee maker, teapot, etc) so we just bought some cookware and dinnerware at Ross. Location is awesome as it is close to beautiful beaches.

Perfect! I felt like this was my own home on Maui. Equipped with everything I needed to prepare my own food. Everything I needed for my comfort in the unit and everything for exploring: Beach towel, chairs, cooler, snorkel gear. My unit was decorated nicely. Loved it, and can't wait to return. Communication was seamless after hours. Spoke with the call center who gave perfect instruction. Beautiful well maintained grounds. I loved it! If you like to feel at home, this is the place for you. Rules apply, which insures a comfy stay for all residents and guests. No parties. Quiet hours. Shoes off at the door.You will sort your own recyclables and dispose trash, just like home. No maid service. Your reside here like home. You will live among other condo owners. Did I say how much I love this place. If you expect a 5 star resort, then go to a 5 star resort.

Would have liked to have been closer to the beach instead of the 3rd building back. Had some problems with the phone in the condo, maybe not connected properly though the staff tried to be helpful.

We really loved the property's proximity to the beach. It was perfect being able to walk across the street to such a nice beach. We also loved that it was right behind Moose McGillycuddy's. They have a good happy hour, their prices aren't too bad, and the servers are very friendly. We had a studio unit on the sixth floor (#620 I believe). It was fine for my husband and I, but wouldn't work with any more people. The bathtub was also clogged, which we called and left a voice mail about, and never heard anything back. I'm six months pregnant and almost wiped out in the tub due to the clog, so I wasn't too happy about that. The bedding also smelled horribly of mildew when we arrived, like the sheets weren't fully dry when they were folded and put away. Luckily, there was a washer and dryer in the unit, so I was able to wash the sheets so they didn't smell completely horrible for the entire trip. There was a very tiny TV in the far corner of the room. The placement seemed a little weird, but we really didn't watch too much TV, so it was okay. Overall, we had a pretty good stay at Kihei Akahi. We just wish the unit had been a little more clean and maybe updated a bit more.

Typical timeshare from the 80’s. Well located. Pretty quiet. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Great views, fantastic location, wonderful complex. Our condo was wonderful and had all the amemities of home.

Very well kept, well run condominium complex. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff and helpful, too. Beautiful grounds with lots of unique flora. Would stay here again.
