Very nice place and in a good location. I was very happy with it.

the business rents condo units and sublets to vacationers. the development itself seems well maintained and situates on kihei beach with shops and restaurants nearby. the condo comes with a full kitchen as well as washing machines, so one may be perfectly happy to have these conveniences in place of the convenience of a hotel front desk and staff nearby. they do have a contact number to call if you run into problems at or after self check-in.

We stayed in unit G-5 Building H and it was great, bamboo floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.. Great location across from the beach and central location. You can’t go wrong with this place. Got there after check-in hours and Daniel gave us the info over the phone on how to get to the unit, no hassle, very friendly staff. The only thing to point out is that you have only A/C in the living room and in order to be cool in the bedroom you have to give it some time, otherwise lovely place. Warning: you would want to move there, Maui is absolutely gorgeous!! Mahalo!!

Facilities had everything i needed for my trip. Even had beach chairs, coolers and swimming floating boards. Would stay here again!

The units needs a major upgrade . Everything inside is very dated and feels old. Tje bathroom has no vent system abd very old .

Clean comfortable condo. Lots of shops and restaurants close. Beach across the road from complex and even though we were in the back block only a short walk. Would book again if we returned to Maui,

My significant other and I loved everything except the fact that our suite didn't have a reliable kettle. The one it had was covered with black coating inside of it. I guess it's because it was once overheated. The suite had everything we needed. Kitchen was full of all kind of cooking stuff. The fact that it also had a washing machine is a big plus. We used it several times.
