AWFUL no service, quiet zones everywhere the pool area was for people 50 years of age no offense but I was there with my 11 year old

So unit overall good, sliding glass door does not slide, very poor. Could use some new pillows. Other than that great.

Pillows can be improved. No sunlight or ventilation in bathroom. No ventilation or sunlight in the bedroom. Otherwise good place.

Each property is owned by an individual. When you have a problem with the property, the front office will tell you to contact the person from whom you rented the property. Upon arrival, all the towels for the unit were piled into the dryer and were wringing wet. Mold? Probably. I always bring my own towels since hotel towels are usually only slightly bigger than a postage stamp. All of the air conditioners have drip pans beneath them. If you run the air more than 6 hours the drip pan will overflow. When it overflows it will drip from your balcony onto the balcony below you, unless you are on the first floor. On the first floor, you will be dripped upon. The front desk will call you (the dripper) after the dripee calls the front desk. If you want to sleep in a cool room, you will need to get up in the middle of the night to empty the drip pan. Air conditioning is courtesy of older Kenmore (Sears) window air conditioners. My advice; Stay somewhere else. This place is old and tired. The location is great and the landscaping is very good. Not worth the misery of staying here.

I was moved to a different property than I purchased. It seemed like an upgrade, but no one told me so it was confusing to find. The property was really nice with a pool, hot tub, pretty landscaping, lighting, etc, but my rental car was broken into (window smashed, items stolen). There aren't cameras on premises. Daytime Security was friendly but not helpful, night time security was unprofessional and not helpful. The front desk ppl were not very friendly and were late opening by about 30 mins the two times I went to talk to them. This was a good place aside from this incident and a couple of staff members.

It is a nice location for the price. When we first got there in the room was not ready. They were still cleaning it Overall it was an OK experience. Everything you need is there from utensils to towels and beach chairs. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great location, and the room was nice, with a full kitchen / washer / dryer etc. One MAJOR issue is the air conditioning. I would look elsewhere for lodging based on this alone. One small air conditioning unit in the living room that does not cool all the way back to the bedroom, which stayed VERY warm. You also have to empty this bucket under the ac unit like twice a day. Big thumbs down because of that. If they fixed that one issue, it would be excellent all around. Stay here if you want to leave the door / windows open, but not if it’s too hot outside.

We didn't take advantage of the amenities but the property was in a prime location right across the street from a wonderful beach! The room had all the essentials, plus a full kitchen, a wonderful lanai and the added bonus of a washer and dryer. Also very pleasantly surprised to find a boogie board, beach mats, beach chairs and googles in our closet as well. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in Maui for a wedding and decided to get this condo of the whole week and we were not disappointed. The condo was very clean and all of the appliances worked well. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and snorkle gear. We will stay here again.
