Riverfront Apartments

The location is good

Booking cancelled half an hour before arrival due to no heating or hot water. Agreed to stay following two nights for price of one. This was not fulfilled had to pay full price and still no heating. Gaps in windows allow wind and rain to eneter. Laundry of shocking condition

Location is excellent! Overall comfortable apartment and nice to have space as a family of 4 traveling.

Heating system needs updated, not all of the knobs are working. There was a portable heater (slightly broken) but helped to off set issues with the cold. The main living area is hard to warm up. Bedrooms and bathrooms were warm however.Hot water & water pressure in the large bathroom disappointing. The small bathroom had better water pressure and hot water was great there, but the shower head was terrible. Also on the handle was a broken button, and it was broken same last year. For the price, these details should be worked out.

The location was great. The apartment was big enough for my group and view is nice.

The hole apartment is long overdue for renovation. Bathrooms were not good and the apartment was not clean. All the curtains were ruined.

Cleanliness and disrepair of the apartment was awful! Dishwasher no handle when we opened the smell was revolting and filthy. Bathrooms mouldy and taps fell off and cut one of the guests. Floor coming apart. Communication before we arrived asking for payment very frequent but when I asked for tea towels and dishwasher details heard no response. Freezer not been defrosted forever. Just no care at all bathroom mat could easily be replaced as all threadbare couch old and battered and beds need putting together properly as squeaked every time you moved overpriced and not worth the money. Would not recommend.
