Apartment is in need of a bit of TLC- painting etc. But perfectly okay for a short stay.

there was so many things that was falling apart and broken. the ensuite sink was leaking continuously. the smoke alarms were illegally hanging from the ceiling. broken handles on doors. towels threadbare

The location was amazing & central.

Aesthetically the property looked clean but there were many issues within the flat. Windows did not open it was taped up throughout the windows in the dining /lounge area.the curtains in one of the bedroom were held by cable ties. Lights in one of the bedroom did not work , there was a hole in the wall in the other bedroom, the shower head was not fixed -the down lighter bulbs were fused in the shower, bathrooms & main areas. There was no instruction sent to get into the building, I was talked through having to call the managing agent.This apartment needs repairs & poor workmanship as well. The tv was loosely placed on a table & this could easily fall as well. The blinds could not be drawn & most it was extremely warm as windows could not open.There has been poor reviews for this apartment to which nothing has been repaired. The managing agents do not care about the quality of your stay but rather financial gain. There should be a checklist that should be ticked off with the agent once checked in. The agent promised to come in the next day to repair but did not call or show up. It’s definitely a poor reflection for the booking .com platform as management agents gain financially and the guest is put out of pocket as payment is taken fully before check in. The managing agent advised us that if we were not happy that she could not change or move us & if we did we will not be fully refunded. This is shocking allowing the agents to get away with this policy. A full refund and not wallet credit should be in place .Why is the guest stay ruined by photos & agents that is misleading. This should be a platform built on trust !!!!Managing agents should fulfil their duty & checking everything before the guest moves in …. Like a hotel check in.The guests should be able to seek alternate accommodation as this is an online booking and not what you are shown in pictures are misleading especially for this apartment.

The view and access to central Glasgow . The staff were extremely helpful

Could do with a freshen up. En suite shower not very warm and poor water flow so didn’t use it

Thirteenth floor view out over the river was excellent. Good location to the center of town, restaurants and sights. Would have been perfect, but.....

No information as to location of the lock box or its code. Had to wait outside in a drizzle until another resident came and let us in. No heat or hot water for 24 hours. No towels on arrival. No bathroom soap when they promised toiletries. Trash can in kitchen.was overflowing with smelly food waste. About a third of the light bulbs were burnt out. Floor hadn't been swept. Several of the shower and bath faucets and door handles almost falling off. Windows in the living room leaked badly. Some handles were broken. Mold in both showers.
