Location is excellent.

Property in dire need of maintenance! Double bed had broken slats and was extremely uncomfortable. Property needs a lot of work - skirting in living room off the wall, missing thresholds on laminate, broken radiator in hall, black mould in both bathrooms, tiles on kitchen floor cracked, edging bead on laminate missing in places, outdoor balcony strewn with fag ends and a rusty broken barbecue. Property is not cheap to rent and attention to detail is sorely lacking! We walked in and there was a bucket of dirty water in the kitchen floor. We had to move one of the sofas and there was about an inch of dust, crumbs and a half eaten lolly under it. Linen is poor quality. Headboard on one of the singles was also broken and both bathrooms are needing redone. Sofas also needing replaced.

location in city centre ws very good. view from widow was good. plenty of dishes/crockery etc. Heating was great but it did not come on regularly...bed linen very good quiet place

Black mould needs to be dealt with in bathrooms.

Emplacement et vue étaient top. La possibilité d’avoir une place de stationnement pour chaque appartement était une des raisons de notre choix.

penthouse : Pas de radio, pas de bureau, pas de coin repas ( ni table ni chaises), pas de table à manger , pas de prise près du lit ( chambre principale), Spot sdb qui pend, stores avec lames manquantes, sale et pas net ( traces noires ds sdb, taches d’humidité murs et plafonds) , wc de la chambre double dans un emplacement trop exigu, plinthes cassées, système ventilation sdb anormalement bruyants, literie des lits simples défoncée… Appartement 3 chambres: Pas de machine à café, lave- vaisselle hs, pas de sèche linge, frigo avec clayettes manquantes, nombreux spots hs, manque de placards ( portants), sale, pas assez de couverts pour 6…. Globalement, les prestations de ces appartements ne correspondent pas au descriptif., les photos doivent dater de la mise en service des logements. Les appartements sont très mal entretenus.

The location , the view and value for money. 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and we paid £435 in stead of £475 for 4 nights for 3 people.

Not surprising. A lived in feel.A musky smell when you walk in. Broken and lumpy furniture. Missing taps in bathrooms. Soggy fake grass on the balcony after the rain, smelly blankets at the feet of the bed, dirty curtains, a few dirty dishes in the dishwasher on arrival and clothes in the washing machine. Wi- fi gave 1 bar. There were people in the stair case keeping us safe. I did ask cause there was a guy in a yellow jacket sitting in a chair at all hours. When we left there was a group of yellow jackets down stairs getting their instructions. I wish I was making the last bit up.

Great stay and very good communication with host which was amazing

The apartment was amazing, it was clean and comfortable with excellent views over the city. The balcony was the crowning jewel looking right down onto the river. The host, Lindsay, was super friendly and just so easy to deal with. Will definitely be using this apartment everytime I'm in Glasgow if its available. 10/10
