Beds could have been better.

The apartment has the best view you could ever ask to stay in Glasgow. The apartment is very beautiful, modern, nice and clean. Our experience has been an exceptional one assisted by lovely lady Fiona and her team. Fiona and her team has been lovely, caring and tried their best to accommodate our requests based on their capacity. I strongly recommend this apartment if you are planning to visit Glasgow and not sure where to stay. The location is perfect to explore around Central Glasgow.

The apartment was very dirty, full of dust, the toilet in the bedroom had been used before I moved in and had feces left, the shower in the bedroom was broken, the heaters didn't work well, I had to ask them to bring a portable one and it took 3 days for a response, the beds are not comfortable, they are very old and worn with holes, looking like they had been slept in one position for a year without getting up. I had to wash the blankets because they were dirty and thick with dust. In the kitchen, the pans had grease crusts and the whole apartment smelled of cigarettes. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE. The building is not safe, there are several people on the stairs all day and night, I don't understand what they do, and the power went out twice.

Uitzicht, maar dat is echt het enige.

Bij het betreden van het appartement bleek de staat werkelijk ondermaats en slecht onderhouden. Enkele voorbeelden: • Schimmel in vensterbanken en douches • Vaatwasser die extreem stonk, met etensresten in het filter • Verf die bladderde van plafonds en muren • Grote kieren in het laminaat van de woonkamer • Het deurslot hing nog maar aan één schroef • Het badkamerfilter zat volledig verstopt met vuil • Het tweepersoonsbed was instabiel en de matrassen waren versleten (veren voelbaar) • Vies aanrecht en smerige ramen Dit is nog maar een deel van wat we aantroffen. Ik heb een video gemaakt, maar die kan ik hier niet plaatsen. Ik ga dit wel aan Booking.com melden en sturen. Dit kan echt niet.

Furniture was worn and broken. Beds were very uncomfortable, mattresses old and concave. Didn’t want to sit on dining room chairs as they were wobbly.
