It was a good location for being near the hub of Glasgow.

The host didn't send me pix and didn't give good directions on how to find the lock box. They did not respond quickly to questions submitted. We had no means of controlling the heat. The door rattled from the wind in the hallway. There was no way to lock the balcony door and there was the ability of another apartment to access the balcony area. The bedside lamps were bizarre. They turned on for no reason. We did not get responses from the host(s) even after reaching out to Booking.com. The bath mat in the smaller bathroom look like it was found on the street. The towels were left in the hallway, outside the apartment, on the floor. I will not use Booking.com in the future because of the terrible customer service provided by this host.

Víssum að þetta væri ekki best en Jesús þetta var slæmt ! Skítugt, svo skítugt. Fita a innréttingunni, drulla a veggjum, léleg rúm, brotinn stóll, slitnar Gardínur og svo má lengi telja Verst var a degi 2 vöknum við og það var ekkert heitt vatn ! Ískalt i íbúðinni og ekki hægt að fara í sturtu. Við byrjum að hringja og ekkert svar ! Sendi booking skilaboð og samt ekkert svar fyrr en degi seinna a degi 3 af 4.. en þá vorum við ný búnar að laga þetta með Chatgpt. Sem er fáránlegt að þurfa gera fyrir greidda gistingu. Slokknaði a einhverjum hitagaur sem við höfum aldrei séð áður og þurftum að fara í einhverjar æfingar með kerfið undir því sem leit út eins og væri að fara brenna. Gerið ykkur greiða og sleppið þessu bara. Til fullt af betri gistingum í Glasgow.

Location and size of apartment was excellent.

Black mould in bathroom. Booking.com advert did not state the building was clad in flammable materials and is not legal. Windows leaked water and cold air. Mattresses need replacing. Hosts did not reply to messages about the defects.

The location is great, very central and nice views of the river. It's a spacious apartment and has all the basics. There's a shop downstairs which was handy for all the basics.

The place was quite dirty; carpet had stains, the kitchen had finger prints all over it, the en suite bathroom has mould on the grout, the shower head was not clean. The place needs a serious upgrade in general. Paint chipping from walls, beds are creeky (but comfy), the blinds are very cheap and unhook if you breath on them, there was duct tape on some windows to stop the draft coming in, but even with the window closed you could see the blinds moving from the draft, the had no wardrobe or anything, just a rail with two hangers on it. There are a few strange characters around the building where we felt a little unsafe at times, if we were just girls we would have felt more unsafe. It was strange that there's no reception or staff downstairs in the lobby, but every third floor or so in the stairwell there was a staff member of some kind sitting on a chair in the empty stairwell at all hours of the day with a high vis and a walkie talkie - I'm not sure why they're there as they never talked to us. The fact they're there makes me feel that there is something to monitor or be protected from.
