"Very poor! "

Disappointed given the rating on here! No shuttle bus as detailed Hotel states it is located 1.3km from Tavria it is almost 5km Ants in the beds & bedroom Staff need better direction it would help improve service Numerous time had to leave the pool to go to the bar to find 3/4staff doing nothing Hotel send a message saying they could not honor of booking then denied it being sent Reception Mansger kep my standing for almost 2hours when checking out trying to sort issues with Hotel.com that had nothing to do with me! We missed our train, however the transfer ti the train station was covered by the hotel

Beautiful hotel with super warm and friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful mid century but modern style throughout. Hotel was spotless and great housekeeping. Breakfast was pretty good with small variations every day. We made good use of their shuttle service too as taxis were a bit sparse this time of year, Or reception were more than happy to order us one. By the pool was a lovely sun trap with beautiful gardens surrounding you. Was a really lovely stay and hope to be back to Tavira soon.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great. The bar served food drinks. Didn’t utilize the pool or spa, no time for that.
