Ok for a 4 star. Good breakfast and pool ambiente very relaxing.

Quiet place. Confortable with good space. Staff are nice. Location is ok but not great. If you come to Algarve and stay here you need a car to move around.

The Ozadi Hotel is adequate. It is not located near the town of Tavira so you will need a car or to take an Uber. While the hotel was clean and the room comfortable, I did not find that the front desk employees were terribly helpful. We arrived late (around 9pm) after taking a train from Porto so we had a long day. I had requested a room with twin beds as I was traveling with my mother. When we got there the only thing available was a queen bed. They asked me to prove I had requested 2 twins after telling me nothing else was available. What good would it have done then if I could provide proof if there really was nothing? Luckily, my mother asked and they did have a sofa in the room. We asked if that could be made up as a bed and were told, "well, there are extra blankets and pillows in the closet." We had to ask them if they could bring sheets. They did not offer. We were also very hungry not having had an opportunity to eat since breakfast. The restaurant was open and we asked if we could get a bite to eat. We were told they were no longer serving. When we got to the room and read through the description of amenities, it said the restaurant was open til 11 and served until 10:30. So, we went downstairs to the restaurant. The manager asked if we had a reservation and we said no, we had just arrived 20 minutes earlier but had been traveling all day, could he please accommodate us. He said he could "this once" but we would need reservations in the future.

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Tavira. Car is needed to get around. Friendly staff and interior in good condition. Pool not heated so unless usable during summer months. Great breakfast buffet. Only complaint is the foam filled pillows and lack of proper duvets in the room.

The hotel itself is really lovely and modern, the pool area and the restaurant are also lovely and the food at the restaurant is really good. It is quite a bit pricier for drinks/food than if you were to go to a bar/restaurant in Tavira. We had a room with a sea view which was nice except from the busy noisy road right next to it meaning you don't really want to spend time on the balcony which is quite small. The rooms though are nice and spacious, clean and have a safe included. The staff were generally nice and helpful and the covid related measures they had put in place were good. There were red ants in our room which was a bit annoying but we didn't complain. Our mini fridge also wasn't working which we did ask about but they came and said it was working fine, which it obviously wasn't. Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it, especially the quality you get for the price.

Very modern location in Tavira. Great parking. Nice rooms and nice pool. Good breakfast with views. WiFi could be improved.

Excellent hotel. Reception staff were friendly and very efficient. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The free shuttle bus too and from Tavira was an added bonus. The breakfast was superb as was the evening meal. We went in for the evening meal when it was a little busy therefore had to wait a while for our order to be taken but we knew this when we were seated. Would definately recommend.
