Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa

The villa we stayed in was very spacious, had lots of outdoor areas and was very comfortable during our stay. In particular we have to thank Edy, our butler, and the rest of the housekeeping team for treating us like king and queen!

It was a 5star resort for sure!, the restart itself was absolutely stunning! I could drop a few points for aircon and pool failure but that’s out of there control! We weren’t comfortable complaining and demanding some compensation but we did lose a day and a half of our pool, also 12hrs of aircon in our villa! But was not anyone’s fault these things do happen.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay in a one bedroom villa. The villa, gardens, and resto were set on a beautiful estate. The villa was very clean, although a bit out dated, it was a lovely place to relax and unwind. We had a couple of issues , problematic air con and pool problem, but staff at reception were prompt in getting the issues sorted for us. We stayed on Luxury Escapes package with lots of inclusions. The Resto served delicious food and beverages. All staff we encountered were super friendly, helpful and very welcoming including all the butlers, reception, spa, resto, housekeeping, maintenaince, and gardner staff. Special thanks to Samuel, Mertada, and Juwita. Would love to return one day.

This villa hotel is my favorite in Bali. The service is very considerate, the environment is great, and the breakfast is particularly delicious. The butler is very patient in answering your questions. It's really a wonderful experience. When I come to Bali next time, I plan to stay here again!

Our stay at Kayumanis Jimbaran was exceptional. From the moment we were picked up at the airport with our private transfer, to when they dropped us off at the airport, we were treated so beautifuly and have had an amazing time. All of the restaurant, reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and accomodating and our butler Naris was amazing. He was so attentive and was always available. I can't thank him enough. Naris also organised a private half day tour for us and our driver Komang was so wonderful and flexible with our requests during the day. The housekeeping staff were amazing and I loved the turndown service - it was always so magical walking into our villa after dinner to see all the lights on, the mosquito netting set up and our robes and sandals ready for us to use. And I was also impressed with the fumigation that happened during the week. We booked through Luxury Escapes and would 100% come back to Kayumanis Jimbaran.

It was a great experience that we have been through, me and my wife. Dywan, the bulter, has been so thoughtful, helpful and professional that we were feeling extremely welcomed. We enjoyed the private pool in our villa all day long, and the spa was so good either that I fell asleep quickly. It’s totally a unique feeling that you wouldn’t get if living in a hotel. Would definitely come back again.

The villa is quiet and pretty, we’ve been here nearly 10 years ago and back with our little boy. I would absolutely recommend it for someone who enjoys the private pool. Our butler Putra is really nice and responds to my requests and questions promptly, so glad to have him assigned to be our butler!

We have previously stayed at other Kayumanis resorts as we enjoy the standard of excellence on offer. Our first stay at Jimbaran lived up to all our expectations. Our butler, Edy, looked after all our needs, with nothing being too much trouble, making our stay even more enjoyable. From reception to restaurant, room service to ground staff...Every person we met was warm and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend Kayumanis to anyone who appreciates a high level of accomodation.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, each villa is wonderfully spacious, complete with a private pool and breathtaking views that made our trip even more memorable. The vila is quite near to the beach. Each staff here is so friendly and warm. And I have to give a special shoutout to our butler Dywan! He went above and beyond to proactively upgrade our accommodation, and his warm, attentive service made us feel so welcome the whole time. Thank you so much, Dywan—this hotel is a true gem, and we’ll be back for sure!
