Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa

We just returned from a 5-day stay at Kayumanis Jimbaran for our wedding anniversary, and it was quite simply the best service we have ever experienced in our travels. The villa itself was incredible—beautifully located, exceptionally clean, and felt like a true private sanctuary. We loved the thoughtful touches, like the daily homemade cinnamon cookies and the nightly turndown service where they meticulously prepared our mosquito nets. We were also impressed that the resort proactively conducted fumigation during our stay to ensure the mosquitoes weren't an issue. The hospitality here is world-class. A huge thank you to Dewi, Komang, and Rapika for making us feel so welcome. We also made great use of the complimentary transport around Jimbaran, which made exploring the local area seamless. A massive, special shout-out to our butler, Edy. His dedication is unmatched. Even on his scheduled days off, Edy was constantly checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed and that our anniversary was perfect. He truly went above and beyond, and he is a primary reason why our stay was so memorable. If you are looking for a place that combines authentic Balinese charm with service that makes you feel like royalty, look no further than Kayumanis Jimbaran. We can’t wait to return!

Everything was exceptional. Our butler Edy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even sent messages when he wasn’t working to make sure we were taken care of. Such a beautiful place, the staff are fantastic and so friendly.

Fabulous stay in a 2 bedroom villa for me and my mum. Beautiful property, lovely villa, amazing pool. But best this is the staff. All so lovely. Our butler was Edy and he was always really helpful with organising things for us, from room service to tours. Yerli was a great guide for our personal tour one day. And we enjoyed a couple of lovely massages at the spa (my therapist was Putu, sorry - I can’t remember the name of mum’s). And the people working in the restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast every day, as well as some delicious dinners, were all so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this beautiful place in Bali.

What a gem! We booked this to celebrate a special birthday and what a great find this was! The butler collected us from the airport with the most excellent service and a personalised tour of the villa. Really nice! The best thing we did though was a day trip with ‘Coman’. He deserves a Nobel price for best customer service ever delivered! He drove us around a personalised itinary, and when one of the excursions could not go ahead due to adverse weather, he immediately proposed a couple of alternative options which were both great! On the return journey, we had a flat tyre and he dealt with it extremly professionally. On top of him taking the right measures, he was on the phone to the hotel as he was aware we had a booking for a massage and our return would be delayed. All whilst changing the tyre to get us back on the road asap. What a guy! Really hope the manager of the hotel reads this because Coman should be acknowledged for his excellent client focus beyond measure! The massages were heavenly and I regret not being there longer to be able to book more slots as they were booked out for the time we were there and ended up having to split our massages up in 2 shorter ones which was a shame as rhat were so heavenly! So book ahead! We just didn’t as we didn’t know how (jetlegged) we would feel and what our exact planning would be before we arrived.

A wonderful, gentle way to spend five days over Christmas. Very helpful staff. Dywan, our butler, was tops. A good spot to stay and relax. Close to airport too

Kayumanis Jimbaran is like a little piece of paradise on Earth. The villa we stayed in was a set of two pavilions on its own 600sqm private garden. The staff are friendly, polite, well trained, and genuinely wish to offer guests a top service experience. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the garden settings offer an immediate connection with nature, the mood is cooling, relaxing, private and romantic.

It was a wonderful trip. All the staff at Jimbaran were so kind and took great care of us. The view from the villa and the breakfast were great.

Kayumanis is beautiful accommodation, nestled in beautiful grounds and exceptionally peaceful. The space in the villa was great for two people , the out door living was amazing. A very comfortable bed room with outdoor bathroom. Great value , we were fully inclusive, the meals were of top quality, served in either your villa or dining in the restaurant. Kayumanis is exceptionally clean and tidy. The service was second to none from every staff member. Edy was out butler for the 9 nights we stayed here, he was fantastic and saw to all our needs. We were greeted daily with happy smiles and small chats. The spa is incredible and well worth visiting. I will be highly recommending this accommodation to family and friends.
