Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa

We stayed 5 nights at Kayumanis Jimbaran estate. Usually we book adults only resorts when possible. I made an exception here and my wish for a quiet villa was fulfilled. The resort wasn’t full so we appreciated the peaceful environment. The reception team is efficient (you can communicate through WhatsApp before you arrive). We had booked a deluxe villa, with an unusually large garden and pool. Despite the rainy weather, we appreciated our stay. However the Villa concept is not adequate at rainy season. You have to go down 3 stairs to access the outdoor bathroom and the toilets which are partially opened.! I love the outdoor concept , showering under the rain however in this case, you have your feet in the water when using the toilets rain or shined , day or night ! As well lighting system needs an update for more user friendly . Some pieces of furniture will need as well a more modern look or alternatively a renovation. The swimming pool needs a better maintenance and cleaning. Some tiles were missing which could be dangerous. Also there is no communal pool in the resort but each villa has its own pool. The main restaurant (Bistro) is quite small. A lot of guests are coming from outside the resort especially group of travellers which can be annoying to maintain a cozy and romantic environment… unfortunately even for staying guests like us, we had to book our table in advance which is a drawback. Resident guests should have access in priority to the restaurant and not have to think to book a table during there holidays .. Also no proper bar, however they serve cocktails and wine A positive note for the SPA that we experienced twice for couple massages. Peaceful environment, the therapists are professional and kind. Rates are reasonable if we compare with European rates. The beach is 5mn walk. However it was so polluted (you could not walk check pictures) and misleading with pictures published everywhere that we turned back. We were shocked it was a huge disappointment ! This is why indeed I put 4 stars instead of 5 … We think hotels in Jimbaran must act quickly together to find solutions and clean the beach on a daily basis at every season. At least that is the minimum they can do. We never saw such an amount of garbages on a beach and it could not have been deposited there in one night even during rainy season ! A shame for everyone and the environment that ruins Bali image. However Kayumanis Jimbaran remains a good property if you want to spend a quiet stay close to the airport.

We loved our stay at this amazing property, staff, accommodation and food so nice, we highly recommend you visit. The beach is a 2 minute walk, overall it’s just so relaxing staying at an amazing villa which is super luxurious and the if you want rest, this is for you. We loved it so much we booked their sister property in Nusa Dua next year plus coming back to this amazing property as we loved it so much,

We enjoyed our stay at Kayumanis Jimbaran. Our villa was the furthest away, so we go plenty of exercise. The living are is large and the outdoor bathroom very nice (although getting to the toilet at night in the rain requires some care!). The restaurant staff were very friendly, although it took time for our breakfast main course order to arrive. Wifi issues arose, but were resolved fairly quickly and efficiently.

This was our 3rd visit and just as beautiful and memorable as previous visits. Samual and all the staff are exceptional. They are friendly helpful ,welcoming as well being so professional and organised. The accommodation is beautiful and also loved and well maintained there is such attention to detail which makes staying an absolute pleasure The restaurant is beautiful and all meals delicious withca great choice. The location is fantastic so close to beach and local shops cafés pharmacy restaurants and shopping. Cuca restaurant and bar next door is a bonus. We will be back very soon!

magnificent large property with amazing landscapes. Very private pool and only a few blocks from the beach. Excellent spa services, staff, very comfortable beds, luxurious through and through. Highly recommend

We have just spent the most perfect 4 days at Kayumanis Jimbaran. The staff are incredible and nothing was too much trouble. Apart from early morning walks along the beach and 2 meals at Cuca next door we were more than happy to stay in our villa. If you are looking for total privacy with great service then Kayumanis is the perfect place. We are currently on the East coast but next week we are staying at Kayumanis Nusa Dua and can't wait.
