What a wonderful place to land after getting off my flight. They arranged an airport pickup for me and I was greeted by two very lovely drivers who dropped me off at the hotel. I arrived early in the morning before check in, but the reception staff saw to me quickly and even upgraded my room so that I could check in earlier. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and with a very comfortable bed. The facilities were all very clean and the design of the villas and the restaurant made it one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I do not usually stay in these sort of high end locations, but it was luxurious at such a reasonable price. The food served at the restaurant was really delicious, I only ate the local dishes so I can't speak to the western food they had on the menu. Everyone was very friendly and it was a short walk to Sanur beach, they also have a regular free shuttle you can take into the main high street.

Had water issues. Had to change rooms the first day. Then second day the water heater burst and flooded our room. Staff took a while to get to our room and the cleaners did giggle which I thought was strange when your customer's room was flooding. Also the advertisement said the beach was 800 meters away. Really you had to take a shuttle then walk 800 meters. Very misleading.
