The complex is set amongst a landscape of lovely trees and bushes. The atmosphere is very relaxed with two decent sized pools for swimming or relaxing. The staff are exceptional. As a guest you are made to feel at home - very comfortable. The accommodation is spacious, enchanting with daily room service. Shuttle service to Sanur centre - very convenient. Nothing is too much trouble.

I am not intending to criticize anything. One travels to experience a different culture and to enjoy new scenery. Everything was lovely.

Convenient. Has a spa, 2 pools. 5 friendly cats. Fed 1 at night and it waited outside my door the next morning. Good air conditioning. No bugs Comfortable bed Helpful staff.
