Friendly staff. Beautiful well maintained gardens. I tipped the gardeners. Fluffy pillows.

Poor cleaning, rat in our twice, the last time was on my husbands head while he was sleeping. Told staff, said they’d look into it! After the rat we were glad to leave. Also if the cleaners were as meticulous as the gardener this stay would have been 9/10. Often we had to ask for towels, hand towels. Kettle needs replacing. Some of the power points looked old and need replacing. Also these black dots from either the roof or insects constantly dropped on the floor or bed pillows. No storage as such, tiny hanging space. Food was over priced for the quality, first night dining exceptional, next night disappointing. Also no afternoon shade outside by the pool till after 4pm. Sliding door to pool was difficult to lock.

Clean, comfortable, big rooms, great showers, icy cold fridge. The staff were amazing !!! Nothing too much trouble for them Daily free shuttles into and back from town were fabulous

The location wasn’t the best if you like to walk to everything but otherwise fabulous place to stay
