Old property, villa pools don’t get the sun so are freezing cold. Always had to chase down staff for drinks and other items. No bacon for breakfast. Noisy kites all day above you.

Locatie van suitpool 2 was langs drukke weg dus je hoort veel verkeer 's nachts. Ook zijn de woning erg gehorig dus je moet geluk hebben wie er boven je zit.

I had such a special week here, the staff were warm and lovely, even one of my drivers commented that there seemed like a nice family vibe. The staff set up a lovely surprise for me on my birthday, were always very caring, and the shuttle bus too is a great service. I had a pool villa, and it was such great value for money - I lived having somewhere private to relax.

Lovely place to stay. Felt more like a high-standard B&B with lovely facilities such as pool. Restaurant was really good serving delicious and clean breakfast in a beautiful setting. Room was clean overall but have to be aware some rooms have fully open bathrooms which involves hot and humid experience when going to the toilet. It also means some impromptu visitors might appear once in a while like geckos, worms, and even cockroaches surprisingly one night that scared our son...so just need to be aware of this as long as you are happy to connect with nature. They also provide mosquito repellent spray and beds nets (even for cribs) which is good. Beach can be reached within 10-15 mins walk, and centre of Sanur is easily accessible through shuttle or just a Grab, 5 mins drive.

Had to request to change room to a more enclosed bathroom one after our son got scared from a cockroach that made us a surprise visit in the middle of the night... the first room where we stayed also wasnt fully enclosed with some open latches in the doors so that doesnt fully prevent insects and other visitors to come in even if doors are closed. But second room was much better...although not sure if it was a higher category then...
