First, I really appreciate the gesture of upgrades. This Property upgraded me to their finest room for both of my nights, WITHOUT my request, and that gesture of recognizing my Status and appreciating my business w an UNREQUESTED upgrade kicked my Stay off in an excellent way! The room was spacious, immaculately cared for, w streaming TVs and comfortable bedding. I enjoyed dinner and drinks in the bistro on night #2 and Kirin did a great job. The entire front desk staff throughout my Stay was friendly and welcoming. The fitness center and pool area (hot tub) are in good shape. I also enjoyed the location of this Property: all shopping and restaurants for WF are very near. Good Stay.
